Food and Drink

Bánh Mì

One of the most popular street foods in Vietnam, Bánh Mì is a French baguette filled with a delicious selection of ingredients. Most of the time pork, pickled vegetables, parsley, pate and soy sauce are added, with other fillings including beef, chicken, liver and tofu. Sink your teeth into the crunchy crust and enjoy!

Pho

Pho is possibly the most famous dish Vietnam has to offer! This noodle soup consists of flat rice noodles, chicken or beef broth and slivers of chicken, pork, beef or tofu. The secret to a good Pho lies in the stock, which is often seasoned with star anise, clove, cinnamon, ginger or coriander. The dish is usually served for breakfast, which often surprises tourists!

Cơm Tấm

A quick and easy street food that is particularly popular in Ho Chi Minh City, Cơm Tấm is made up of broken rice, pork or fish, and a fried egg. With other touches such as fresh herbs, spring onion, fish sauce and a squeeze of lime, this dish is filling, delicious and convenient.
